AMEE has established standard terms and conditions that are comparable to other similar companies. We have sought to make this as straightforward as possible for our customers.
The Terms and Conditions consist of the following four parts:
- “Service Subscription Agreement (SSA)”. Defines the general agreement terms and rights. Click here to read more about our SSA.

- “Affiliate Network Programme (ANP)”. Defines the rights and conditions provided to AMEE’s partners. Click here to read more about our ANP.
Modifications or amendments to these terms and conditions will be mutually agreed and stipulated in the client’s service order.
AMEE updates these Terms and Conditions. However, clients will always be able to identify their relevant version of these documents by the date stated in the file name (YYYYMMDD) and the date posted to our website, which will always at the beginning of each document.
