Business Challenge:

Morgan Sindall Group plc is a leading UK construction and regeneration group with a turnover of £2.2 billion, employing over 7,000 people and operating in the public and commercial sectors. Morgan Sindall operates a large Fit Out division specializing in refurbishment and fit out in the office, retail, leisure, education and hotel sectors. This division needed a solution to meet customer demand for sustainability disclosure on their projects in order to account for emissions and accurately represent them to end clients. As a result, Morgan Sindall wanted a light-weight application that would enable their employees to quickly and accurately account for emissions of their projects.

Solution:

AMEE developed a lightweight AMEEapp called the AMEE Refurbishment Footprinter. The app enabled Morgan Sindall project managers to quickly measure the footprint of any project, benchmark future projects, and enable footprint targets to be set across their portfolio. The solution is a SaaS application, so available by subscription on demand, and supported by the AMEE platform so the content is always up-to-date.
